The prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. The cost of delivery is £5 flat rate on all orders of any size to anywhere across Mainland UK.
Online purchasing is available with PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, ApplePay and GooglePay. This site uses SSL certificates to offer fully secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Returned Goods
Returned goods must receive our official authorisation before they can be accepted for credit. Customers are entitled to a 14 day money back guarantee. Transactions will be processed within five working days from receipt of returned goods under the conditions above. After this time returned goods are subject to 25% administrative and re-handling charge. We cannot accept returned goods that have been treated or altered. Warranty
Goods should be inspected upon receipt and stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heating. Should any damage, shortfall or defects be apparent on delivery, we will replace goods provided we are notified within 72 hours. Our liabilities are limited to the replacement cost of our product. Hand carvings are not recommended for exterior use. Under no circumstances shall Langbridge or its proprietors be responsible for damages, incidental or consequential, that result either directly or indirectly from use of the information given on their website, by any persons; any information so used is entirely at users’ risk. All the original designs in this catalogue are protected by the worldwide copyright of Langbridge and may not be reproduced, replicated or copied in any way, in any material.

A flat rate of £5.00 applies to all orders of any size across The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders over £150 will be sent by courier and should be received within two working days. Smaller orders may be sent by Royal Mail postal services and are normally received within two to five working days within the UK. (Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland customers should please allow further time for delivery.)
