The San Francisco Music Box Company Porcelain Hobo Clown Articulating Rare Works. Made in Taiwan Republic of China Works, has original tags. Song played it slow and I am unable to recognize it. But is soft and chimes like a lullaby No chips, cracks or repairs. All original clothes some dust from being on a shelf for a long while. Has a tie and baggy hobo clothes. Hair is shaggy.
