For sale is a rare figurine factory proof by Royal Doulton from the collection of David Wilber. Possibly made in 1974 and titled The Scout but no HN number is given. Stands 8.5” tall and measures 4.5” wide. Depicts a scout in cap and tie folding a tarp with a mallet on the floor beside him. No scratches or damage of any kind.
