Alice in Wonderland Figurines Metropolitan Museum of Art
Set of all six available figurines purchased from Metropolitan Museum of Art gift shop in the ’90’s as a gift from my husband. I painted the wooden display board, and he tied the figurines to the hooks by the fine plastic threaded hangers so all match in display length. They can be untied if the board is not desired for display. These figurines are from the Tenniel illustrations for the original Alice in Wonderland book. The detail is lovely and the colors are nicely saturated. I am in the process of downsizing in anticipation of smaller (senior) housing. Buyer: please indicate if original gift box is wanted.
