This is a nice antique hand carved wood sculpture ethnic tribal art carving statue of a man (see photos). The item is made of hand carved wood with what looks to be the original patina finish (see photos). The carving depicts a tribal figure of a man (see photos). The item is not marked by the maker so I do not know the origin (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). The item looks like it had a figure beside it on the base at a point in the past (see photos). The item has some age splits, some cracks in the wood, some scuffs and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). The item in total measures about 1 foot 2 and 1/2 inches high, it is about 2 and 1/2 inches wide from the front to the back at the base and it is about 6 and 1/2 inches wide at the base.
