This sale includes the actual item displayed in the attached photos. It is brand new, but when I got this item, I noticed the outer box was unsealed. However, the styrofoam inner packaging appeared to be unopened. I totally opened it to fully inspect it for damage; it appears to be unused, new, and undamaged.
